All orders are delivered using Royal Mail signed for 1st class service.
Please allow 3 working days once you have placed your order, this allows us to collect and package your goods for delivery.
Once your package has been sent for delivery you will receive tracking information, please kindly note that a request for a specified delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the full address has been entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed the buyer has 1 day to inform us of any incorrect information that has been submitted with the order. We cannot amend any orders outside of this time scale.
If a delivery is unsuccessful the parcel will automatically go to a Royal Mail collection office where you will need to take a form of your identification to collect the parcel.
If you request for your parcel to be left with a neighbour Alex Christopher Hair will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
Refund and Exchanges
If you wish to return your order we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, any items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued within 3 days from the receipt of goods.
We do not offer a free returns label. Please kindly note that if any interest payments occur due to the refund being made outside of your credit/debit card timescale, Alex Christopher Hair will not be held liable.
Before returning, please ensure the product is unworn and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, all products being returned must be unopened and in their original shipped condition. Any products that are seen to have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer exchanges.
